Cuidado el Rencor es malo para la salud…

Como ya es sabido que toda emoción negativa no sólo es perjudicial desde un punto de vista, precisamente, emocional, sino que también repercute en nuestro organismo, en nuestra salud física. Sobre esta conexión ha salido recientemente un artículo en la revista Women´s Health.
Cuando las personas tienen rencor o piensan en situaciones de venganza, tanto la presión arterial como el ritmo cardiaco se incrementan casi en el doble su actividad normal. Si uno alberga estos sentimientos con frecuencia, y produce estos estados insanos, con el tiempo, no sólo genera estrés sino que también puede desencadenar en algún daño cardiovascular.
Sin embargo, no todo es tan nefasto y como es de esperar, al provocar en uno mismo las emociones opuestas, se revierte ese estado en el organismo: si se piensa, por el contrario, y se imagina que se perdona, los ritmos vuelven a normalizarse.
Así que ya sabes no sólo no debes albergar sentimientos de ira por tu propio bienestar emocional –y 
espiritual- sino que también por tu salud física. Es decir, si das cabida a estas emociones negativas estarás enfermando tus dos corazones –el inmaterial y el físico-.
Es la ley del boomerang, toda acción produce su reacción. Como conclusión personal: realmente somos lo que pensamos y lo que sentimos.
