LAS 100 MEJORES UNIVERSIDADES DEL MUNDO

En la actualidad existen varias organizaciones que se encargan de elaborar distintos rankings respecto de las mejores Universidades del Mundo. Esta clasificación se hace periódicamente en función de diversos criterios como son: la calidad, el nivel de los estudiantes, el profesorado, actividad investigadora, publicaciones, etc.
Esperaremos a finales del 2010 para saber si algunos de los rankings de este año incluyen universidades Latinoamericanas entre los 100 primeros lugares. Mientras tanto apreciemos el ranking elaborado para el 2009 por una de esas organizaciones que se encarga de hacer estos sondeos, después de todo dicho ranking, aun está en vigencia:
