En un bol poner las 2 tazas y media de agua tibia, agregarle la sal fina, los 30 grs. de levadura y las 2 cucharadas de aceite. Mezclar bien y antes de enfriarse, colocar sobre la mesa la harina 0000 en forma de volcán y allí en el medio agregar el liquido.
Comenzar a amasar bien, cuando se nota que la masa ya está, hacer como un tubo largo y cortarlo en 4 pedazos (bollos) tapar los 4 bollos con un trapo limpio y seco y dejar reposasr 45 minutos, alli va comenzar a LEVARSE cada bollo y luego ya se podrá comenzar a hacer la pizza.
