A\u00f1ade la cebolla y dejar pochar (coge un color brillante). Agregue el ajo, el tomate, el piment\u00f3n dulce, el color o azafr\u00e1n y las especias en polvo, la sal, el cilantro y el comino. Cocinar este guiso por unos 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step_3125931\" class=\"step numbered-list__item card-sm\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"numbered-list__contents\">\n<div class=\"media step__description\">\n<div class=\"media__img-rev\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"media__body prose\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"step__text\">Integrar la carne desmechada y dejar cocinar a fuego bajo por 5-10 minutos, a\u00f1adir la papa rallada y mezclar hasta integrar todos los ingredientes. Si lo hace con el pl\u00e1stico puede ayudarse de un rodillo o una botella.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step_3125953\" class=\"step numbered-list__item card-sm\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"numbered-list__contents\">\n<div class=\"media step__description\">\n<div class=\"media__img-rev\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"media__body prose\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"step__text\">Agregue una cucharada de relleno a la masa. Doble el c\u00edrculo de la masa a la mitad para formar una media luna. Corte el borde de esta media luna con un molde corta pasta o una taza. As\u00ed queda formada la empanada y la sellar\u00e1 al mismo tiempo. Otra forma de armar las empanadas es sellando el borde con los de dedos y luego doblarlo hacia adentro para que est\u00e9 m\u00e1s seguro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"step_3125960\" class=\"step numbered-list__item card-sm\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"numbered-list__contents\">\n<div class=\"media step__description\">\n<div class=\"media__img-rev\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"media__body prose\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"step__text\">A medida que vamos armando las empanadas las vamos fritando en una freidora con suficiente aceite pre-calentado (180\u00baC). Tambi\u00e9n las pueden fre\u00edr en una olla o sart\u00e9n en el fog\u00f3n a temperatura medio-alto. Frite las empanadas hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.
