La historia publicada hasta el momento puede separarse en dos temporadas: la primera, llamada simplemente Naruto, que termina con el intento de rescate a Sasuke Uchiha, y una segunda, que en el anime recibi\u00f3 el nombre de Naruto: Shipp\u016bden a pesar de que en el manga no existe tal denominaci\u00f3n ni separaci\u00f3n.
