{"id":119,"date":"2014-11-09T00:25:08","date_gmt":"2014-11-09T00:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.espol.edu.ec\/irarquin\/?page_id=119"},"modified":"2014-11-09T18:04:05","modified_gmt":"2014-11-09T18:04:05","slug":"tapao-de-pescado","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blog.espol.edu.ec\/irarquin\/comida-esmeraldena\/tapao-de-pescado\/","title":{"rendered":"Tapao de pescado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 Tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 5 Libras (2 \u00bd kg.) de pescado, cortado en rodajas gruesas<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 4 Pl\u00e1tanos verdes, pelados y partidos en trozos grandes<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 1 Libra (500 gr.) de bulbos de papa china (rascadera o badu)<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 1 Libra (500 gr.) de papas, peladas y picadas<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 4 Tallos de cebolla larga, picados<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 2 Tomates maduros, pelados y picados<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 4 Dientes de ajo, picados<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 1 Cucharada de chillangua, picada<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-star text-color-red\"><\/i> 1 Cucharadita de poleo, picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se ponen a sancochar todos los ingredientes, menos el pescado, en una olla bien tapada hasta que los pl\u00e1tanos est\u00e9n tiernos (40 minutos aproximadamente). Se agrega el pescado y se deja cocinar por 15 minutos m\u00e1s. Debe servirse con cuidado para no desbaratar el pescado. Se acompa\u00f1a con arroz blanco.
