A\u00f1ada la margarina y con un cortador de pastas o con dos cuchillos a que queden grumos al tama\u00f1o de frijolitos. Agregue el agua poco a poco y vaya uniendo la pasta sin amasar. Forme una bola. Enharine la masa y extienda con un rodillo previamente espolvoreado con harina a forma un c\u00edrculo para forrar la base de un molde de pie formando ondas en toda la orilla, para evitar que se encoja al hornearse. P\u00edquelo todo alrededor y meta al horno precalentado a 350 grados por 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte mezcle el queso con el az\u00facar en polvo. Diluya la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz en la taza de agua y a\u00f1ada el az\u00facar y el colorante, por \u00faltimo la taza de fresas limpias, ponga sobre el fuego hasta que empiece a espesar, ret\u00edrelo, esparza el queso sobre la pasta de pie ya cocida y fresca, ba\u00f1e con la mezcla la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz y fresas.
