Batir los huevos en un taz\u00f3n grande. A\u00f1adir \u00a0el queso crema y revolver \u00a0con el pur\u00e9 de calabaza y la mezcla de az\u00facar y dem\u00e1s ingredientes preparados en el taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o. A\u00f1adir poco a poco la leche evaporada.<\/p>\n<p><b>VACIAR\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0la mezcla en la corteza.<\/p>\n<p><b>HORNEAR<\/b> en un horno precalentado a 425\u00b0 F durante 15 minutos. Reduce la temperatura a 350\u00b0 F y horn\u00e9alo durante 40 a 50 minutos o hasta que cuando insertes un cuchillo en el centro salga limpio. Enfr\u00eda en una rejilla de alambre durante 2 horas. Refrigerarlo (no congelar).
