A\u00f1adir laurel, albahaca, hinojo, azafr\u00e1n, sal y pimienta. Ponga a hervir una cabeza de pescado por 40 minutos.\u00a0 \u00a0Retirar del fuego, cernir y colocar de nuevo en la olla.\u00a0 Agregar los cubos de pescado, los langostinos y los mejillones, dejar hervir por diez minutos.\u00a0 \u00a0Servir acompa\u00f1ado con pan baguette y una copa de vino blanco.
