Reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Engrasar un molde refractario, colocar una capa de rodajas de papa finitas, un poco de la salsa preparada y una capa de queso\u00a0 rallado de preferencia mozarella y as\u00ed sucesivamente hasta llenar el molde.\u00a0 \u00a0Al final espolvorear la paprika para dar color.\u00a0 hornear por una hora y listo.\u00a0 Se lo puede acompa\u00f1ar con una ensalada ligera y pollo al horno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Escalope de papas, es el plato de las dos erres.
