Luego a\u00f1adir la crema batida y batir un poco m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte en un p\u00edrex de 20 x 20 cms. coloque una capa de bizcotelas o dedos de dama, bien apretados entre s\u00ed y m\u00f3jelos generosamente con la mitad del caf\u00e9 expreso. A continuaci\u00f3n poner encima la mitad de la mezcla del queso mascarpone con crema y espolvoree con la mitad del chocolate amargo en polvo.\u00a0 Encima forme otra capa de bizcotelas o dedos de dama, humed\u00e9zcalos as\u00ed mismo con el caf\u00e9 expreso, reparta la mezcla restante del mascarpone de manera uniforme, espolvorear con el chocolate en polvo restante y la cucharita de canela en polvo.\u00a0 Refrigere por cinco horas antes de servir.-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este delicioso postre de origen italiano, ser\u00e1 el deleite del paladar.
