Afecta a frutas enlatadas y embotelladas. Es responsable de la desintegraci\u00f3n de la fruta por descomposici\u00f3n del material pect\u00ednico. Las latas a veces se abomban debido al desprendimiento de di\u00f3xido de carbono. Su temperatura \u00f3ptima de crecimiento es de 30-37 \u00baC y resulta altamente resistente al calor.<br \/>\nEl Byssochlamys fulva, que con frecuencia se desarrolla en jugos y frutas enlatadas, produce una toxina, el \u00e1cido bisoclamico con\u00a0 acci\u00f3n hemorr\u00e1gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Micotoxicosis tienen elementos b\u00e1sicos que estimulan su desarrollo y son: Humedad, el oxigeno, el tiempo, la temperatura y un substrato o medio favorable donde desarrollarse ( por ejemplo los cereales, el papel tapiz, cacahuates, y sus productos y las harinas,
