{"id":24,"date":"2014-06-07T01:34:35","date_gmt":"2014-06-07T01:34:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.espol.edu.ec\/psaquice\/?p=24"},"modified":"2014-06-07T01:34:35","modified_gmt":"2014-06-07T01:34:35","slug":"hallacas-de-pollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.espol.edu.ec\/psaquice\/2014\/06\/07\/hallacas-de-pollo\/","title":{"rendered":"Hallacas de pollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTES:<\/p>\n<p>-500 gr. de pollo<br \/>\n-500 gr. de harina de ma\u00edz<br \/>\n-50 gr. de manteca<br \/>\n-100 gr. de mantequilla<br \/>\n-7 huevos<br \/>\n-100 gr. de pasas<br \/>\n-8 hojas de achira<br \/>\n-Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n<p>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/p>\n<p>-Batir la manteca con la mantequilla.<br \/>\n-Agregar una a una 3 yemas de huevos, a\u00f1adir la harina de ma\u00edz poco a poco y las claras de huevo batidas a punto de nieve de todos 5 huevos.<br \/>\n-Cocinar el pollo con sal y agua. Desmenuzar.
