Homework of Samantha Rodriguez, ex-Fashion Design student, now Mechanical Engineer in training. Sam Wants a Scar started as a blog aimed to inspire GYE residents, mostly ESPOL students, to be a bit more daring with their wardrobe. After deciding it would be too hard and requiere extensive research, the blog's purpose was changed.

Now Sam Wants a Scar is a Music Blog, recommending artist and reviewing albums. Full of bands suggestions, similar artist and more for the readers to find new music for their libraries.

Samantha Rodriguez; freelance designer, music addict and books lover. Expects to travel around the world and be in a different city every night. Portguese student and Espol n00b. Her favorite book is Lolita and her favorite artist is Green Day. Has an eclectic score of 95/100 but mostly listens to rock. Still on the search of her fashion style, experimenting a few ones. Her hobbies are sleeping, eating and reading. Wants to learn to play the violin and french, maybe next year.
