Early on, they changed lead singers, and the former lead singer James Beesley later became the group's tour manager, and is currently working with former drummer Mike Govaere. They self-released two EPs in 2004 and 2006 before signing to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fearlessrecords.com\/index\/random_index.php\">Fearless Records<\/a> in 2007 and releasing an EP in the summer of that year. Just before signing, guitarist Jason Letkiewicz left the band when he got a film making scholarship. Jimmie Deeghan replaced him and quickly became a principal songwriter. In February 2008, their first full-length album, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Shh-Just-Go-Every-Avenue\/dp\/B0011ETNWK\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1307306869&amp;sr=8-1\">Shh. Just Go With It<\/a>, was released and hit #27 on the U.S. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/\">Billboard<\/a> Heatseekers chart. They then began touring nationally with bands such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/hitthelights\">Hit the Lights<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/farewell\">Farewell<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maydayparade.com\/\">Mayday Parade<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alltimelowband.com\/\">All Time Low<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wearethemaine.net\/splash\/\">The Maine<\/a>. They also appeared on the <a href=\"http:\/\/vanswarpedtour.com\/\">Vans Warped Tour<\/a> in 2008. On April 11, 2009, it was announced that the band is in the studio recording their second album with producer Mitch Allan as well as Mike Green. A few days later on April 14, Govaere announced he would be leaving the band to move forward with his recording studio, Downbeat Studio.<br \/>\nThe band made their first trip to the UK in January 2009, being the opening support for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boyslikegirls.com\/us\/home\">Boys Like Girls<\/a> \u2013 alongside <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metrostationmusic.com\/us\/home\">Metro Station<\/a>. During the summer, the band toured with Philadelphia's <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valenciamusic.net\/\">Valencia<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe band's latest album, \"<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Picture-Perfect-Every-Avenue\/dp\/B002PHVH9Y\/ref=pd_bxgy_m_img_b\">Picture Perfect<\/a>\", was released November 3, 2009 on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fearlessrecords.com\/index\/random_index.php\">Fearless Records<\/a>.<br \/>\nEvery Avenue was featured on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Punk-Goes-Classic-Various-Artists\/dp\/B003B2B5IU\/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1307307346&amp;sr=1-1\">Punk Goes Classic Rock<\/a> doing their rendition of the Eddie Money song \"Take Me Home Tonight\" featuring Juliet Simms from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/automaticloveletter\">Automatic Loveletter<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe band has confirmed to be playing at the Soundwave Festival in Australia during 2011.<br \/>\nEvery Avenue will be playing the entire Vans Warped Tour 2011.<br \/>\nOn March 23, the band tweeted that they have officially entered their studio in order to record their third full-length album.<br \/>\nOn April 29, Every Avenue officially announced they had completed the recording of the album.
