Antes de finalizar sus estudios primarios migr\u00f3 con su familia hacia Guayaquil. Estudi\u00f3 en el colegio Vicente Rocafuerte y culmin\u00f3 sus estudios secundarios en el Colegio Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar.<\/p>\n<p>Ingres\u00f3 a la ESPOL en 1989 y en el a\u00f1o 1994 culmin\u00f3 ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica con especializaci\u00f3n en Electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>Realiz\u00f3 pr\u00e1cticas en la compa\u00f1\u00eda TV Cable y en Teleamazonas, canal donde labor\u00f3 desde 1994 hasta el 2008. En Teleamazonas empez\u00f3 como practicante y fue ascendiendo hasta llegar a ser Gerente T\u00e9cnico, luego de esto fue tambi\u00e9n Gerente T\u00e9cnico en ETV Telerama.<\/p>\n<p>A partir del 2006, Edgar da c\u00e1tedra de Producci\u00f3n Audiovisual en la Escuela de Dise\u00f1o y Comunicaci\u00f3n (EDCOM \u2013 ESPOL) y actualmente es Gerente T\u00e9cnico de ESPOL TV.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
