El evento \u00a0se cumpli\u00f3 a cabalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La instructora, Elizabeth Carrillo Castro (arquitecta) es Directora del Club de Etiqueta y Protocolo de la Unidad Educativa Biling\u00fce Jefferson e Instructora en la C\u00e1mara de\u00a0 Comercio y en el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey de Guayaquil, fue Asesora Presidencial en el a\u00f1o 1982; Jefe de
