#993300\">\"Para que quemar el pasado, si puedes sembrar el futuro\"<\/span><\/strong>...<\/h4>\n<p>Buscando cambiar la contaminante tradici\u00f3n de la quema de monigotes, voluntarios universitarios han organizado jornadas de reforestaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas afectadas por incendios forestales del Bosque Protector Cerro \u201cEl Para\u00edso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Liderados por Pier Maquil\u00f3n, Noem\u00ed Lavid, Ana Vargas, Richard Pizarro, Roberto Jara y Luis Noboa, estudiantes tanto\u00a0 polit\u00e9cnicos como de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica, han sembrado y cuidado cerca de 250 \u00e1rboles, con el apoyo del Comit\u00e9 de Desarrollo Socio-Ecol\u00f3gico de la Ciudadela \u201cEl Para\u00edso\u201d y el Ministerio de Ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Se sembraron especies nativas de Bosque Seco como son: guachapeli, guayac\u00e1n, pechiche, fruta de pan y laurel desde el 9 de Enero del 2010, durante la temporada de lluvias.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_112\" style=\"width: 150px\"
