picada finamente para a\u00f1adir al final<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-11\" class=\"ingredient\">14 oz de jugo concentrado de tamarindo (sin az\u00facar)<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-12\" class=\"ingredient\">12 oz de cerveza<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-13\" class=\"ingredient\">1 cucharada de ralladura de panela o piloncillo, tambi\u00e9n puede usar az\u00facar morena<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-14\" class=\"ingredient\">Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"zlrecipe-ingredient-16\" class=\"ingredient-label\" pl\u00e1tanos maduros fritos, yucas, rodajas de aguacate, cebollas encurtidas y aj\u00ed criollo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"zlrecipe-instructions\" class=\"h-4 strong\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ol id=\"zlrecipe-instructions-list\" class=\"instructions\">\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-0\" class=\"instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Sazone la carne con el comino, la pimienta dulce, el achiote, la sal y la pimienta negra.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Licue la cebolla, los pimientos, los tomates, el ajo y la mitad del cilantro con el jugo de tamarindo hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 o una salsa espesa.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify\">En una olla de buen tama\u00f1o, caliente el aceite a temperatura media, agregue los pedazos de carne y h\u00e1galos dorar ligeramente por ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify\">A\u00f1ada la salsa de verduras licuadas con tamarindo y la cerveza.<\/li>\n<li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-4\" class=\"instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Haga hervir, luego reduzca temperatura y cocine a fuego lento, con la olla semi-tapada, hasta que la carne este tierna y la salsa se haya vuelto
