HOLA mis queridos bloggers hace mucho que nos los visito verdd bueno es que e estado un poquito ocupada en mi hogar, y en una de mi smuchas tareas esta la de la cocina. MMmmm solo que a veces no les parece que es ABURRIDO una comida sin postres??? a mi si por eso intente hacer unas ricas galetas de chocoate, la primera vez no me salieron jaja pero o intente de nuevo i me di cuenta que es muy facil aqui les dejo la receta para que intenten uds tambien, saludos a todos
GALLETAS DE CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTES
-225 GR. HARINA
– 225 GR. MANTEQUILLA
– 50 GR. CHOCOLATE (en polvo)
– 1 CUCHARADITA VAINILLA
– 100 GR. AZÚCAR
– 1 CUCHARADITA LEVADURA
PREPARACION
Batir la mantequilla y el azúcar, añadir la esencia. Batir hasta que la mezcla esté esponjosa.
Tamizar la harina con el chocolate y la levadura. Agregar a la mantequilla poco a poco. Formar bolitas con la masa y aplastar con un tenedor.
Enmantequillar y enharinar un molde, cocinar a fuego medio por 20 min.
